超声萃取高效液相色谱法测定水体中丙溴磷残留量 被引量:1

摘要 利用超声萃取技术与高效液相色谱法结合,测定环境水体中丙溴磷的残留量.实验探究了流动相的选择与配比以及萃取剂的选择,采用乙腈∶水作为流动相,配比为80∶20(v∶v),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),Venusil C_(18) Plus(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,正己烷为萃取剂,检测波长为244 nm的条件下进行分析测定.实验结果表明:丙溴磷标准溶液的浓度在6.00~30.00μg/mL范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9982,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.13%,检出限为0.36 ng/mL.该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、溶剂用量少,适用于水环境中农药残留的检测. The residues of Profenophos in environmental water were determined by ultrasonic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography.The experiment explored the selection of mobile phase and extractant.In the experiment,acetonitrile and water was used as the mobile phase with a ratio of 80∶20(v∶v)at flow rate of 1.0mL·min^(-1),the sample extracted by n-hexane was determined with a Venusil C_(18) Plus(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column and 244 nm detection wavelength.The test results show that the concentration of the standard solution of Profenophos presents a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 6.00~30.00μg/mL at correlation coefficient of 0.9982,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.13%,and the detection limit is 0.36 ng/mL.The method is simple,sensitive with less solvent.It is suitable for pesticide residue detection in water environment.
