摘要
利用玻璃钢废渣和粉煤灰等工业废渣制备高强陶粒,并研究其在混凝土中的应用。结果表明:煅烧温度过低,表层陶粒会产生烧结不充分的现象,煅烧温度过高,会产生表层陶粒焙烧过火的现象,对陶粒吸水率及表观密度的影响较为明显;保温时间对气相反应有一定影响,在20~60min内,陶粒吸水率先减小后增大,密度变化影响不明显;在加入不同组分的玻璃钢渣时,陶粒吸水率先减小后增大,密度和体积在总体上变化不显著。
In this paper,the preparation of high-strength ceramsite from industrial waste slag such as glass fiber reinforced plastic and fly ash and its application in concrete were studied.The experimental results show that when the calcination temperature is too low,the surface ceramsite will produce the phenomenon of unsintered enrichment,and when the calcination temperature is too high,the surface ceramsite will be roasted into large blocks,which has little effect on the water absorption of ceramsite,but has a great influence on the apparent density and calcination temperature,and the holding time has a certain effect on the gas phase reaction.In 20~60min,the water absorption of ceramsite decreases at first and then increases,but the effect of density change is not obvious.When adding different components of glass steel slag,the water absorption of ceramsite decreased at first and then increased,and the density and volume did not change significantly.
