摘要
大跨度钢梁结构形式在建筑结构中被广泛运用,而安装大跨H型及箱型钢梁的案例项目较少。该文基于项目安装实践,提出了“构件高空散装+支撑钢架+支撑钢架移动轨道”的施工技术。通过此项施工技术的运用,有效缩短了施工周期,同时,采用钢架支撑有利于钢梁在拼装时预起拱施工,以及便于施工质量监管,相关实践可为类似的大跨钢梁安装提供一定参考。
The structural form of long-span steel beams is widely used in building structures,while there are few installation cases of long-span H-shaped and box-shaped steel beams.Based on an installation case,this paper proposed the construction technology of“high-altitude bulk component+steel frame support+steel-framed mobile track support”.The application of this construction technology effectively shortened the construction period.At the same time,the use of steel frame support is conducive to the pre-arch camber construction of steel beams in assembly,and to the construction quality supervision,which can provide some reference for the installation of similar long-span steel beams.
