Evolutionary Game Analysis on Behavior Choice of Participants in Sharing Economy under Government Supervision

严厉的政府监管是鼓励还是抑制共享经济参与主体参与到共享经济中,对于能否通过政府监管来促进共享经济发展至关重要。由于已有文献中,政府监管对共享经济参与主体行为选择影响的作用被忽视,为此文章从演化博弈视角探究政府监管对共享经济参与主体行为选择的影响。构建博弈主体决策行为的演化博弈支付矩阵,基于消费者和商家租赁、共享行为分析,得到了博弈的演化稳定策略:一是,消费者选择不租赁,商家选择不共享;二是,消费者选择租赁,商家选择共享。通过数值仿真模拟了不同情境下的消费者和商家租赁、共享行为的演化,显示了不同的决策情境下演化结果的差异,展示了政府监管在共享经济参与主体行为选择中的作用。

Whether strict government supervision encourages or inhibits participation in the sharing economy has a significant bearing on the growth the sharing economy.In the existing literature,the influence of government regulation on the behavior choice of participants in the sharing economy has been neglected.Therefore,such influence is explored from the perspective of evolutionary game.Based on the analysis of renting and sharing behavior of consumers and businesses,an evolutionary game payoff matrix of decision-making behavior of game players is constructed,and the evolutionary stable strategies of the game is obtained.First,consumers do not choose to rent their stores,nor do businesses share their resources.Second,consumers and businesses do the opposite.Through numerical simulation,the evolution of consumers’and merchants’renting and sharing behavior in different situations is simulated,and the differences of evolution results in various decision-making situations are shown,indicating the role of government regulation in the behavior choice of participants in the sharing economy.
