摘要 家畜的身体着色性状不仅是其重要的天然表型特征,也对经济效益和遗传育种极具意义,色素沉积性状由黑色素的种类、含量及分布决定,而MITF基因在调控黑色素合成的多个生物学途径中发挥着显著作用。就MITF基因对家畜色素沉积有关性状影响的研究进展进行综述,旨在增进对家畜身体色素沉积性状机制的理解,为深入探索动物皮肤色素沉积性状形成的分子机制、人类色素沉积相关疾病的诊断与治疗提供参考。 Pigmentation is important natural phenotypic characteristic for livestock and of great significance to economic benefit and genetic breeding.At the same time,The coat colour and skin pigmentation of livestock is determined by the type,content and distribution of melanin.At the same time,MITF gene plays an essential role in regulating multiple biological pathways of melanin synthesis.This article recapitulates the research progress of the influence of MITF gene on the pigmentation traits that are closely related to livestock production in recent years.This article aims to promote the understanding of the mechanism underlying the pigmentation traits of livestock.It provides references for further exploring the molecular mechanism of pigmentation traits of livestock and the diagnosis and treatment of human pigmentation diseases.
