摘要
以中碳高锰钢为研究对象,研究工艺条件对轧材带状组织的影响。通过优化材料成分,降低容易引起偏析而造成带状组织的合金元素成分;优化连铸工艺,提高了铸坯凝固组织的均匀性,为轧制工艺的制定提供了良好基础。同时,提高铸坯加热温度、延长加热时间,进一步增加铸坯的均匀性;提高终轧温度,增加奥氏体晶粒尺寸,降低不同位置铁素体形核速率差异,从而改善了轧材的带状组织。
Take medium carbon high manganese steel as the research object, the influence of process conditions on the rolling banded microstructure is studied. By optimizing the material composition, the alloy elements which can cause segregation and banded microstructure are reduce. And through the optimization of casting process, improve the uniformity of solidification microstructure of the cast billet, and provide the basis for the rolling process. At the same time, the heating temperature and heating time of casting billet is increased, the uniformity of casting billet is further increased, the final rolling temperature is increased, the austenite grain size is increased, and the differences of ferrite nucleation rate in different positions are reduced, and the banded microstructure is improved.
