摘要
对大截面薄壁空腔型材的6005A挤压铝合金采用不同的冷却方式进行固溶处理,采用电子万能试验机和万能研究级倒置式材料显微镜对型材的力学性能、折弯性能和晶粒度进行研究。结果表明,淬火强度提高,则型材的强度提升,同时折弯角度增大,塑性弯曲性能则显著提升。延伸率对折弯性能有一定影响,延伸率越大则塑性越好,折弯角度越大。不同淬火强度对型材基体晶粒度无显著影响,离线淬火型材的皮质层厚度最小。
The 6005 A extruded aluminum alloy with large cross-section and thin wall cavity was treated by different quenching cooling methods. The mechanical properties, bending properties and grain size of the profile were studied by electronic universal testing machine and universal research level inverted material microscope. The results showed that with the increase of quenching strength, the mechanical properties of profile increased, the bending angle increased, and the plastic bending property was significantly improved. The elongation had a certain influence on the bending property. The plasticity and bending angle performed better as the elongation improved. The different quenching strength had no significant effect on the grain size of the profile matrix, and the thickness of the cortical layer of the off-line quenched profile was the smallest.
