摘要
通过对搅拌摩擦焊工作原理及常见缺陷进行详细的叙述,研究汽车白车前纵梁结构摩擦焊的工艺情况并对焊口进行详细的分析。可知,与熔化极惰性气体保护焊相比,搅拌摩擦焊后外观成形良好、焊缝内部熔合致密、无孔洞缺陷,接头抗拉强度可达到290 MPa,极大地提高了生产效率和接头质量。
The working principle and common defects of friction stir welding are described in detail, and the friction welding process of white car front rail structure is studied and the welding joint is analyzed in detail.It is known that compared with metal inert-gas welding, the appearance of friction stir wekding is well formed after welding, the internal fusion of weld is dense, and there is no hole defect, and the tensile strength of weld joint can reach 290 MPa, which greatly improves the production efficiency and joint quality.
