督灸联合扳机点灸对寒湿夹瘀型腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者的干预研究

Intervention study on Du-moxibustion combined with trigger point moxibustion applied in myofascial pain syndromes with cold-dampness and stasis

目的观察督灸联合扳机点灸对寒湿夹瘀型腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者腰背部疼痛及腰椎功能活动的影响。方法将100例符合寒湿夹瘀型腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征诊断标准的患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组予以氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏贴敷止痛治疗,同时予以健康宣教;观察组在此基础上予以督灸联合扳机点灸。在治疗前及治疗2周、4周、6周后进行两组患者腰背部疼痛及腰椎功能障碍比较。结果两组患者的疼痛数字评分及汉译Roland-Morris功能障碍评分在组间、时间、组间和时间交互效应上比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论督灸联合扳机点灸可减轻寒湿夹瘀型腰背肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者疼痛和改善腰椎功能障碍。

Objective To observe the effect of Du-moxibustion combined with trigger point moxibustion on lumbar and back pain and lumbar vertebral activity function for myofascial pain syndromes(MPS)patients with cold-dampness and stasis.Method Choose 100 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of MPS with cold-dampness and stasis and divide them into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table.Patients in control group use Flurbiprofen gel plaster to relieve pain and receive health education.Patients in observation group receive Du-moxibustion combined with trigger point moxibustion based on routine treatment and education.Compare the lumbar and back pain and lumbar vertebral activity function between patients in two groups before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment.Result Scores on Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)and Chinese Version of Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(CRMDQ)have significant difference between two groups,different time and interactive effect of group and time(P<0.001 each).Conclusion Du-moxibustion combined with trigger point moxibustion can relieve pain and lumbar vertebral function disorder for MPS patients with cold-dampness and stasis.
