The paper takes the Fidelity Investments,a large American multinational financial services corporation,as an analysis case,and conducts an in-depth analysis of ESG investment of Fidelity pension fund from ESG concepts,investment products,investment strategies and rating systems.Fidelity Investments has drawn a widespread attention from the industry in terms of product design,issuance,and sales of thematic funds,which include areas of environment,society,and corporate governance.In addition,Fidelity Investments developed and formulated its own ESG rating system,which has not only become an important benchmark of Fidelity Investments but also has been widely praised by the industry in various countries.Last but not the least,the paper suggests some ESG investment policies for pension funds in China.
