人际关系对人际信任的影响研究

A study on the influence of interpersonal relationship on interpersonal trust

人际信任的建立有助于人际关系的形成是迄今国内外学者的共识,但人际关系的形成是否有助于增强人际信任没有充分研究。利用问卷数据分析人际关系对人际信任的影响。研究发现,人际关系越丰富,人际信任水平越高,但不是所有类别的人际关系均具有此作用,有的人际关系的形成有助于提升人际信任,有的人际关系的形成反而会弱化人际信任。

It is the consensus of scholars at home and abroad that the establishment of interpersonal trust contributes to the formation of interpersonal relationship,but whether the formation of interpersonal relationship contributes to the enhancement of interpersonal trust has not been fully studied.Questionnaire data are used to analyze the impact of interpersonal relationship on interpersonal trust.The study shows that the richer the interpersonal relationship is,the higher the level of interpersonal trust is,but not all types of interpersonal relationships have this effect.Some interpersonal relationships help to improve interpersonal trust,and some interpersonal relationships weaken interpersonal trust.
