Rational examination of college counselors'ideological and political work under the difference theory

针对当前高校辅导员思想政治工作面临的现实困境,应厘清“总体”与“个别”、“有用”与“需要”、“推崇”与“适合”的关系,突出“把准学生思想脉搏、增强思想政治工作针对性、提升思想政治工作亲和力”3个重点,满足学生的成长发展需求。

In view of the current practical difficulties in college counselors'ideological and political work,we should clarify the relationship between“overall”and“individual”,“useful”and“need”,“respected”and“suitable”,highlight the three key points of“taking the ideological pulse of students,enhancing the pertinence of ideological and political work and improving the affinity of ideological and political work”so as to meet the needs of students'growth and development.
