考虑质保服务的再制造外包激励博弈策略分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究外包再制造模式下制造商为再制造商提供额外的外包激励对再制造的影响,基于汽车再制造行业构建制造商两种外包激励方式下的再制造博弈模型,加入质保服务,探讨不同激励方式对再制造决策和供应链成员收益的影响。研究表明:质保服务主要对第二周期新产品零售价格、市场需求量和再制造产品零售价格产生影响,不影响再制造产品需求量;单位外包费用决定了汽车制造商所选择的外包激励方式,并给出不同激励方式下实现双方利润最优的外包费用区间。 To explore how the manufacturers′provide additional outsourcing incentives for remanufacturers will affect remanufacturing under the model of outsourcing remanufacturing.Based on the automobile remanufacturing industry,the remanufacturing game model of two outsourcing incentives for manufacturers is established,and warranty services are added to discuss the impact of different incentives on remanufacturing decisions and the income of supply chain members.The results show that:the warranty service mainly affects the retail price,market demand of new products and retail price for remanufactured products in the second cycle,doesn′t have the effect on the demand of remanufactured products.The unit outsourcing cost determines the outsourcing incentive mode chosen by the automobile manufacturer,and gives the outsourcing cost range that achieves the optimal profit for both parties under different incentive modes.
