摘要
BIM的应用改变了传统工程交易流程和交易信息特性,而BIM情境下项目参与方行为策略尚不明确。从工程交易参与方中的建设单位、工程监理方和承包方行为选择角度出发,构建了参与方演化博弈模型,分析参与方在BIM情境下行为策略选择;依据分析结果设置BIM应用程度较低和较高两种情景,借助Matlab仿真分析两种情形下三方行为选择演化结果,利用参数分析研究各方行为选择的影响因素。结果表明:BIM情境下工程交易参与方行为策略选择与信息不对称的程度、自身收益和惩罚力度相关。针对BIM情境下工程参与方行为变化的原因和内在规律,提出了实现参与方协同工作的方法。
The application of BIM has changed the traditional project transaction process and the characteristics of transaction information.However,the selection of behavior strategies of the project participants is still uncertain in BIM situation.From the perspective of behavior selection of the project owner,project supervisor,and contractor,the evolutionary game model of the project participants is constructed to analyse the selection of behavior strategies of the project participants in BIM situation.Based on the analysis results,two situations of low BIM application degree and high BIM application degree are set.Matlab simulation is used to analyse the evolution results of three parties'behavior selection under the two situations,and the influencing factors of each party's behavior selection are studied by parameter analysis.The result reveals that the selection of behavior strategies of project participants in BIM situation is closely related to the degree of information asymmetry,self-interest,and punishment.Finally,a method to realize the collaborative work of the participants is proposed based on the reasons and internal rules of the behavior changes of the project participants in BIM situation.
