Ⅱ型残角子宫二次妊娠合并单角子宫剖宫产史1例 被引量：2

摘要 一、病例摘要患者女,27岁,因"停经15周,发现残角子宫妊娠1周"于2017年8月28日收住院。患者15岁初潮,月经规律,周期28 d,经期6 d,经量中等,有轻度痛经,末次月经2017年5月14日。停经1月余,自测尿hCG阳性,1周前外院复查超声提示残角子宫妊娠转至本院。本院超声提示:子宫前位偏右,大小7.8 cm×8.0 cm×6.7 cm.
