妊娠期黄体瘤误诊1例及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 一、病例摘要患者,26岁,因"妊娠36周,重度子痫前期合并右附件区包块3月余"于2020年5月16日收入院。妊娠早期因孕酮较低给予黄体酮治疗。妊娠24周血压182/107 mmHg。超声示:胎儿双顶径5.9 cm;母体子宫右侧可见一3.6 cm×5.7 cm实质性低回声团块,内部回声均匀,与子宫紧密相贴,内部及周边未见明显血流信号。
