功能稻‘紫宝香糯1号’维生素A合成相关QTL定位 被引量:1

摘要 随着人们生活水平的日益提高,富含各种营养成分且具有保健功效的功能稻也越来越受到关注。挖掘和利用功能稻中的相关内源基因来用于育种实践显得尤为重要。本研究利用富含天然维生素A (VA)的功能稻品种‘紫宝香糯1号’作为实验材料,通过与93-11进行正反交构建遗传群体,并测定其F;代及F;代群体的VA含量,表明VA合成是隐形核基因控制的数量性状。为了进一步对控制水稻含VA性状的基因进行QTL定位分析,利用‘紫宝香糯1号’与‘明恢63’通过单粒传构建重组自交系(RIL)并绘制遗传图谱,最终定位了3个与VA性状相关的QTL,这些结果为调控VA合成相关基因的精细定位和富含VA新型功效稻选育提供依据。 With the improvement of people’s living standard functional rice,which is rich in various nutrients and has health benefits,has attracted more and more attention.It is very important to explore and utilize the related endogenous genes in functional rice for breeding practice.In this study,the functional rice variety’Zibaoxiangnuo1(ZBXN) rich in natural vitamin A (VA) was used as the experimental material,and the genetic population was constructed by cross-breeding with 93-11,and the VA content of the F;and F;generations was determined,indicating that VA synthesis is a quantitative trait controlled by recessive nuclear genes.In order to further analyze QTL mapping for genes controlling VA traits in rice,we constructed a recombinant inbred line (RIL) using single grain transmission between ZBXN and’Minghui63’(MH63) and mapped three QTLS related to VA traits.These results provide a basis for fine mapping of genes related to VA synthesis and breeding of new VA rich rice.
