严重多发性创伤伴腹部脏器损伤患者应用急诊救治措施的效果分析

Analysis on Emergency Treatment Measures and Effects for Patients with Severe Multiple Traumas Accompanied by Abdominal Visceral Injury

目的:分析将急救措施应用在临床出现严重多发性创伤伴腹部脏器损伤患者的效果。方法:随机选取2018年6月至2020年6月在广东医科大学附属佛山高明医院治疗的严重多发性创伤伴腹部脏器损伤患者25例,采用回顾分析方式对患者临床资料进行分析,探讨实施急救措施的效果。结果:对25例患者实施非手术治疗、手术治疗以及液体复苏治疗等措施后有12.00 %(3/25)患者死亡,抢救成功率为88.00 %(22/25)。对18例患者实施急诊手术治疗后,总并发症发生率为27.78 %,经过抗感染、换药以及腹腔脓肿经穿刺引流治疗以后均全部治愈。保守治疗与手术治疗患者死亡率、住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:由于严重多发性创伤伴腹部脏器损伤患者病情十分复杂,在对患者实施救治的过程中需结合患者实际损伤情况给予患者早期有效治疗方案,从而降低患者死亡率,提升临床抢救成功率。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency treatment measures on patients with severe multiple traumas accompanied by abdominal visceral injury.Methods 25 patients with severe multiple traumas accompanied by abdominal visceral injury entering Foshan Gaoming Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected randomly.The clinical data of the patients were analyzed through retrospective analysis to explore the effect of emergency treatment measures.Results After non-surgical treatment,surgical treatment and fluid resuscitation treatment were conducted for the25 patients,12.00% (3/25) of the patients died,and the rescue success rate was 88.00% (22/25).After emergency surgical treatment was conducted for the remaining 18 patients,the total incidence rate of complications was 27.78%.All of the patients were cured after anti-infective therapy,medicine change,and puncture & drainage for intra-abdominal abscess.The differences between patients receiving conservative treatment and those receiving surgical treatment in the death rate and hospital stays presented no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Since patients with multiple traumas accompanied by abdominal visceral injury suffer from quite a complicated situation,early-stage effective treatment schemes should be considered according to the patients’ actual injury conditions in the treatment process,in order to reduce the death rate and increase the rescue success rate.
