Research on the Construction and Integrated Application of Smart Venues in the National Speed Skating Oval

摘要 国家速滑馆是北京2022年冬奥会速度滑冰项目的比赛场馆,又名“冰丝带”,是北京冬奥会标志性场馆,与象征水的“水立方”和象征火的“鸟巢”交相辉映。面对世界最大跨索网屋面结构、复杂曲面玻璃幕墙、如何打造最快的冰和智慧的馆等技术问题。通过理论研究、仿真模拟、试验分析、样板测试、系统研发等,研究应用了超大跨度索网高性能结构、曲面幕墙、单元式屋面板块、超大CO_(2)跨临界直冷制冰系统,开展了智慧场馆集成应用,实现了国家速滑馆绿色高效高精度建造,为呈现一届精彩、非凡、卓越的奥运盛会奠定坚实基础。 The National Speed Skating Oval,known as the“Ice Ribbon”,is the venue for speed skating events of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games. It is an iconic venue for Beijing 2022. The“Ice Ribbon”complements the“Water Cube”symbolizing water and the“Bird’s Nest”symbolizing fire. The challenges facing the construction of the venue included:building the world’s largest cable net roof structure;making complex curved glass curtain walls;making ice quickly and building a smart venue etc. Through theoretical research,virtual simulation,experimental analysis,prototype testing,R&D in relevant systems,etc.,we have been able to apply large-scale cable net structures,curved curtain walls,flexible unitized roofing,and an ice-making system featuring transcritical direct cooling;we have also developed an integrated application system for smart venues. These have facilitated the green and efficient construction of the National Speed Skating Oval,laying a solid foundation for a fantastic,extraordinary,and excellent Olympic Winter Games.
