摘要 "碳达峰、碳中和"目标作为国家的重大战略决策,其实施进程和效果关系到我国的高质量和可持续发展、重塑地缘政治经济格局的实现。保障这一决策的有效实施是科技情报工作者不能忽视的研究需求和议题。运用归纳和分析的研究方法,梳理国内"碳达峰、碳中和"的相关研究现状。从科技情报服务的视角,解析面向"碳达峰、碳中和"目标的科技情报服务问题及主要内容,提出科技情报服务体系的基本框架。以期在新的国家发展战略服务中,科技情报研究积极对接国家重大需求,充分发挥科技情报的"引领"作用,做好"耳目、尖兵、参谋"。 The goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" is a major national strategic decision, and its implementation process and effects are related to the realization of my country’s high-quality and sustainable development, are related to the reshaping of the geopolitical and economic structure. Ensuring the effective implementation of this decision is a research requirement and topic that scientific and technological intelligence workers cannot ignore. This article uses the research methods of induction and analysis to sort out the relevant research status of "carbon peak and carbon neutral" in China. From the perspective of science and technology intelligence services, the article analyzes the problems and main content of science and technology intelligence services for the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", and puts forward the basic framework of the science and technology intelligence service system. It is hoped that in the new national development strategy service, scientific and technological intelligence research will actively meet the major needs of the country, give full play to the "leading" role of scientific and technological intelligence as "ears and eyes, vanguard soldiers, staff officers".
