Relationship between the General Movements and the Test of Infant Motor Performance

摘要 目的研究全身运动评估(GMs)和婴儿运动表现测试(TIMP)的相关性,以了解高危儿早期随访中评估工具的临床应用价值。方法收集2019年8月到2020年12月,在盐城市妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊随访的938名婴儿的GMs和TIMP结果。评估结果均按照正常、可疑、异常分组,采用Spearman秩相关分析二者相关性。结果Spearman秩相关分析结果显示TIMP分组与GMs分组结果具有正相关关系(r=0.175,P<0.05);不同GMs组间TIMP Z分值不全相同,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=86.715,P<0.05),两两比较结果显示,GMs正常组的TIMP Z分值高于异常组;按照是否早产进行亚组分析,结果显示在早产组及足月产组中,TIMP分组与GMs分组结果均具有正相关关系(r值分别为0.118、0.119,P<0.05);在早产组中,GMs正常组的TIMP Z分值高于可疑组(χ^(2)=51.755,P<0.05);在足月产组中,GMs正常组及可疑组的TIMP Z分值均高于异常组(χ^(2)=33.620,P<0.05)。结论GMs与TIMP检查结果具有相关性,并且GMs异常的婴儿,其TIMP评分明显低于正常婴儿。 Objective To investigate the correlation between General Movements(GMs)and the Test of Infant Motor Performance(TIMP),so as to understand the clinical application value of assessment tools in early follow-up examinations of high-risk infants.Methods GMs and TIMP results of 938 infants were collected from August 2019 to December 2020 in the department of child health care,Yancheng Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital.The evaluation results were divided into normal,suspicious and abnormal groups,and spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze their correlation.Results Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that TIMP grouping was positively correlated with GMs grouping(r=0.175,P<0.05).The TIMP Z scores were not all the same among different GMs groups,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=86.715,P<0.05).The results of pairwise comparison showed that the TIMP Z score of the normal GMs group was higher than that of the abnormal GMs group.Subgroup analysis was conducted according to whether was preterm delivery or not,and the results showed that TIMP and GMs were positively correlated in preterm birth group and full-term birth group(r=0.118 and 0.119,P<0.05).In the preterm delivery group,the TIMP Z score of the normal GMs group was higher than that of the suspicious group(χ^(2)=51.755,P<0.05).In the full-term group,the TIMP Z score of normal GMs group and suspicious GMs group was higher than that of abnormal GMs group(χ^(2)=33.620,P<0.05).Conclusion GMs is correlated with TIMP,and the TIMP score of infants with abnormal GMs is significantly lower than that of normal infants.
