摘要
流行性出血热(epizootic hemorrhagic disease, EHD)是由节肢动物库蠓叮咬引起的一种在全世界野生及家饲有蹄动物中广泛分布的非接触性虫媒病毒病,目前至少有9种血清型,其中有7种在我国流行。流行性出血热病毒(Epizootic hemorrhagic disease virus, EHDV)主要感染鹿和牛,羊和其他反刍动物为无症状感染,给养殖业造成了严重损失。检测EHDV的方法有很多,主要以分子生物学和血清学检测方法为主。文章就EHD的病原学、流行病学及检测方法等方面进行综述,重点总结了该病的检测方法,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Epizootic hemorrhagic disease(EHD) is a non-contact insect transmitted disease caused by biting of Culicoides, which is widely distributed in wild and domestic hoofed animals all over the world. At present, there are at least nine serotypes. Of the nine serotypes, seven are prevalent in China. The Epizootic hemorrhagic disease virus(EHDV) mainly affects deer and cattle, sheep and other ruminants with asymptomatic infection, causing serious losses to the breeding industry. There are many methods to detect EHD, which are mainly molecular biology and serology approaches. In this paper, the etiology, epidemiology, and detection methods of EHDV were comprehensively reviewed, and the detection methods of EHD were summarized in order to provide reference for related research.
