Study on the growth and development of Doper-Hu F1 hybrid lambs at the age of 0-6 months

摘要 为了研究杜湖杂交F1代羔羊0~6月龄的生长发育规律,试验选取初生重为2.4~6.0 kg的杜湖杂交F1代公羔22只、母羔24只测量0~6月龄的体重和体尺指标,并分析初生体尺与体重的相关性。结果表明:公母羔不同月龄体重与体尺指标有明显差异,其中各月龄体重均差异极显著(P<0.01)。1~3月龄公母羔体重差异不显著(P>0.05),4~6月龄公羔体重极显著高于母羔(P<0.01);公母羔平均日增重均以4月龄为转折点,呈现先上升后下降的趋势,公羔平均日增重普遍高于母羔。初生公羔体重与胸围(0.900)的相关程度最大,与额宽(0.728)的相关程度最小;初生母羔体重与体斜长(0.774)的相关程度最大,与胸宽(0.403)的相关程度最小;公羔各体尺指标间存在显著或极显著正相关关系。说明公羔的生长发育存在一定优势,比母羔能更早地达到育肥标准;羔羊在4月龄前增重速度快,进行适当的饲养管理将有利于发掘羔羊的育肥潜能,选择胸围大的公羔和体斜长长的母羔育肥效果更好。 In order to study the growth and development of Dorper-Hu F1 hybrid(Dorper-Hu F1) lambs at the age of 0-6 months, in the experiment, 22 male and 24 female Dorper-Hu hybrid lambs with the birth weight of 2.0-6.0 kg were selceted. Their body weight and body size indexes were measured and the relevance between geosetic size and weight were analyzed as well. The results showed that there were significant differences in body weight and body size between male and female lambs at different months of age, among which the differences in body weight at different months were extremely significant(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in body weight between male and female lambs at 1 to 3 months of age(P>0.05), but the body weight of male was significantly higher than that of female at 4 to 6 months of age(P<0.01). The turning point of average daily gain of male and female lambs was 4 months, showing a trend of at first increasing and then decreasing, of which male lambs was generally higher than that of female lambs. The body weight of newborn male lambs had the highest correlation with chest circumference(0.900) and the lowest correlation with forehead width(0.728). The body weight of newborn female lambs had the highest correlation with body oblique length(0.774) and the lowest correlation with chest width(0.403). There was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between body size indexes of male lambs and female lambs. The results indicated that the growth and development of male lambs has certain advantages and the male lambs could reach the fattening standard earlier than the female lambs. The weight gaining rate of lambs before 4 months of age is fast, which is beneficial to explore the fattening potential of lambs with proper feeding management. The best choice is male lambs with large chest circumference and female lambs with long oblique body for fattening.
