饲粮中添加蚯蚓液对番鸭血清生化指标、抗氧化指标和免疫相关指标的影响 被引量:9

Effects of earthworm hydrolysate on serum biochemical indices, antioxidant indices and immune-related indices of Muscovy ducks

摘要 为了探究蚯蚓液对番鸭血清生化指标、抗氧化指标和免疫相关指标的影响,试验选用360只14日龄体重接近、健康的番鸭,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加2.5%蚯蚓液的基础日粮,预试期1周,正试期7周。试验结束后,每组随机取6只番鸭,采集翅静脉血,分离血清,测定血清生化指标、抗氧化指标及免疫相关指标。结果表明:试验组中的尿素、肌酐和尿酸水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而丙二醛水平极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组的IgM和IgG含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。说明2.5%蚯蚓液不仅能够促进番鸭的代谢功能,还可提高番鸭的肾脏功能、抗氧化能力和免疫功能。 To investigate the effects of earthworm hydrolysate on biochemical indices, antioxidant indices and immune-related indices of Muscovy ducks, a total of 360 healthy Muscovy ducks at 14 days of age with similar body weight were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 6 replicates in each group and 30 ducks in each replicate. The ducks in the control group were fed with basal diet, and the ducks in the experimental group were fed with basal diet supplemented with 2.5% earthworm hydrolysate. The pre-feeding period was 1 week, and the formal test period was 7 weeks. At the end of the experiment, 6 Muscovy ducks were randomly selected from each group. With wing venous blood collected and serum separated, serum biochemical indices, antioxidant indices and immune-related indices were determined. The results showed that the levels of UREA, CRE and UA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The activities of T-AOC, CAT, SOD and GSH-Px in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01), while the level of MDA in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). IgM and IgG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01), while IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α and IL-17 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). It indicated that 2.5% earthworm hydrolysate could not only improve the metabolic function of Muscovy ducks, but also improve the kidney function, the antioxidant capacity and immune function of Muscovy duck.
