液压支架预生产试验研究与实施

摘要 液压支架是保障煤矿安全生产的重要支护设备。受煤矿井下恶劣作业条件和复杂地质条件的影响,液压支架在下井使用初期就可能会频繁发生液压元件跑冒滴漏、架间管挤压磨损、紧固件脱落、立柱转柱、部分部件难于拆装维修等问题。为提高液压支架产品性能,提出涵盖可靠性、适应性、运输方案测试的预生产试验设计与实施方案。在液压支架样机(首架)阶段,对样机进行密封、强度、寿命试验后,立即对样机实施预生产试验,充分考虑液压元件、管路系统、支架间的关联性等因素,及时提出整改措施。措施实施以来,累计开展了70多套液压支架样机的预生产试验,发现问题500多项,进行了积极整改,杜绝了批量生产阶段发生质量问题的可能性。极大缩短了生产周期,提升了质量管理水平。 Hydraulic support is an important supporting equipment to ensure the safe production of coal mines.Affected by the harsh working conditions and complex geological conditions under the coal mine wells,even at the initial stage of using the hydraulic support under the well,there might be frequent problems such as leakage of hydraulic components,extrusion and wear of pipes between supports,falling of fasteners,column rotation,difficulty in disassembly and maintenance of some parts,etc.In order to improve the performance of hydraulic support products,the design and implementation scheme of preproduction test covering reliability,adaptability and transportation scheme test was proposed.In the prototype stage of hydraulic support(the first support),after the sealing,strength and life test of the prototype,the preproduction test was immediately carried out on the prototype,the correlation among hydraulic components,pipeline system and support was fully considered,and the corrective measures were put forward in time.Since the implementation of such a measure,preproduction tests of more than 70 sets of hydraulic support prototypes have been carried out,and more than 500 problems have been found and positively rectified,which has put an end to the possibility of quality problems in the mass production stage,greatly shortening the production cycle and improving the quality management level.
