摘要
以济南市华山区还乡店桥与清河北路交叉路口新建电力沟工程为研究对象,提出新建电力沟下穿既有构筑物深基坑支护施工方案。综合考虑工程场地概况、工程地质及水文条件,以工期、工程造价、技术可行性等为重点,开展施工方案研究与比选,优选出“钢板桩+双拼工字钢托架支护”体系。提出了方案施工要点,对既有构筑物进行了持续监测。监测数据表明,沉降量被有效控制在10 cm以内,实现了穿越构筑物无破坏、沉降量小及基坑整体稳定等施工要求,有效保障了施工质量和施工安全。
Taking the new power trench project at the intersection of Huanxiangdian Bridge and Qinghe North Road,Huashan District,Jinan city as the research object,the construction scheme of deep foundation pit supporting of existing structures underpassing new power trench was proposed.Considering the general situation of the project site,engineering geology and hydrological conditions,focusing on the construction period,engineering cost and technological feasibility,the construction scheme was studied and compared,and the system of“steel sheet pile+double-spliced I-steel bracket support”was selected out.The key points of scheme construction were put forward,and the existing structures were continuously monitored.The monitoring data show that the settlement is effectively controlled within 10 cm,which meets the construction requirements of no damage to the crossing structures,small settlement and overall stability of the foundation pit,and effectively guarantees the construction quality and safety.
