摘要
研究了不同时效处理的T91-12Cr1MoV异质钢接头微观组织的变化规律。结果表明,时效过程中12Cr1MoV钢发生明显的劣化现象,晶界结合力降低;T91钢侧材料时效10000 h后马氏体板条有回复现象,且晶界处碳化物聚集析出;在熔合线附近硬度变化规律与碳迁移规律保持一致,母材区域硬度也会随着时效时间变化而变化。
The microstructure evolution of T91-12Cr1MoV dissimilar steel welded joints treated by different aging was studied. The results show that there is obvious deterioration of 12Cr1MoV steel during aging, and the binding force of grain boundary decreases;at the side of T91 steel, lath martensite recovers after aging for 10000 h, and carbides gather and precipitate at grain boundary. The change rule of hardness near the fusion line is consistent with that of carbon migration. The hardness of the base metal region also changes with aging time.
