摘要
通过力学性能测试以及OM、XRD、SEM和EBSD分析,研究了热锻对CoCrNi三主元中熵合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:热锻后合金的晶粒得到明显的细化,晶体结构为面心立方结构(FCC)。晶粒内部的大量退火孪晶与扩展层错的共同作用使得合金具有良好的室温力学性能。屈服强度达到380 MPa,抗拉强度达到850 MPa,伸长率达到92%,合金表现出极高的强塑性(强塑积为76.5 GPa·%)。
The effect of hot forging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of CoCrNi tri-principal element medium-entropy alloy were investigated by mechanical properties testing and OM,XRD,SEM and EBSD analysis.The results show that the grain of the alloy after hot forging is obviously refined,and the crystal microstructure is face-centered cubic structure(FCC).A large number of annealing twins act together with the spreading layer,which makes the alloy have good room temperature mechanical properties.The yield strength reaches 380 MPa,the tensile strength reaches 850MPa,the elongation is up to 92%,and the alloy exhibits very high strength plasticity,the strength-plastic product is 76.5 GPa·%.
