涂层316L不锈钢焊丝GMAW焊接稳定性研究

摘要 为了改善熔化极气体保护焊的工艺性,采用拉拔涂敷工艺开发涂层316L不锈钢焊丝,涂层成分为Ca元素的化合物以及Na、Ti、Si元素的氧化物,制备的两种涂层焊丝分别含有CaF_(2)和CaC0_(3)。通过电参数信号采集系统和高速摄影机对未涂层焊丝与涂层焊丝的堆焊过程稳定性进行研究。结果表明:未涂层焊丝的焊接电流波动较大,电弧形态不稳定,焊接稳定性差;含CaF_(2)涂层焊丝的电弧不稳定,焊接工艺性恶化;含CaC0_(3)涂层焊丝的焊接稳定性相比未涂层焊丝显著改善,电流电压波形十分稳定,焊接电弧呈“圆锥状”。 In order to improve the process of gas metal arc welding,coated 316L stainless steel welding wires were developed by drawing and coating process.The coating composition included compounds of Ca and oxides of Na,Ti and Si.The two coated welding wires containing CaF_(2) and CaC0_(3) respectively were prepared.The surfacing stability of both welding wire without coating and coated welding wires was studied by electric signal acquisition system and high speed photography.The results show that the welding current of the welding wire without coating fluctuates greatly,the arc shape is unstable and the welding stability is poor.The arc of the coated welding wire with CaF_(2) is unstable and the welding process is deteriorated.The welding stability of the coated welding wire with CaC0_(3) is significantly improved compared with that of welding wire without coating,the current and voltage waveforms are very stable and the welding arc is in the shape of cone.
