铸坯表面气泡在轧制变形过程中的演变规律 被引量:2

摘要 铸坯的皮下气泡对线材表面质量造成的影响尚不明确。为此在ML08Al的连铸坯上预置人工气泡,对气泡在轧制的不同阶段进行跟踪、取样分析。结果发现:铸坯角部的人工气泡可以遗传到线材表面且形成具有一定深度的裂纹,而中心的人工气泡遗传到线材表面后的裂纹深度也非常浅;由铸坯表面的人工气泡演变的裂纹,在长度上随轧制道次增加而变长,在深度上可按相对裂纹深度公式计算。 The effect of the subcutaneous bubble of the cast billet on the surface quality of the wire is not clear. For this reason, the artificial bubbles were preseted on the ML08Al continuous casting billet, and the bubbles were tracked and sampled at different stages of rolling. The results show that the artificial bubbles in the corner of the billet can be inherited to the surface of the wire and cracks with certain depth are formed, while the depth of the crack formed by the artificial bubble in the center inherited to wire surface is very shallow. The length of the cracks evolved from the artificial bubbles on the billet surface grows with the increase of rolling passes, and the depth of the cracks evolved from the artificial bubbles can be calculated according to the formula of the relative crack depth.
