组合焊修复断裂齿轮轴

摘要 针对37SiMn2MoV钢齿轮轴断裂的焊接修复问题,采用小尺寸轴头插入轴身的过盈配合,及轴头与轴身的U型坡口锁底对接焊条电弧焊的组合焊修复工艺。分析了37SiMn2MoV钢的焊接难度。通过正确选择焊条类型和接头形式,合理布置过渡层、填充层及盖面层,严控预热、后热及层间温度,实施小线能量施焊,取得了不错的焊接修复效果。 For the welding repair of broken 37SiMn2MoV steel gear shaft,the combined welding repair technology of small size shaft head inserted into shaft body with interference fitting and U groove shielded metal arc welding of shaft head and shaft body was used.The welding difficulty of 37SiMn2MoV steel was analyzed,by correctly selecting the type of welding rod and joint form,arranging the transition layer,filling layer and cover layer reasonably,strictly controlling the preheating,post-heating and interlayer temperatures,and carrying out the small line energy welding,good welding repair effect has been obtained.
