摘要
柔性聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)基电阻式传感器具有大应变测试区间、制备工艺简单、生物相容性好和成本低等优势,在柔性传感器领域呈现巨大的发展前景和应用价值。针对PDMS基柔性电阻式传感材料的组成、主要性能指标、性能调控等的研究,及其在可穿戴设备、生物医学、智能机器等领域的应用进行综述,并对其发展前景进行展望。
Flexible polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)based resistive sensors have the advantages of large strain test range, simple preparation process, good biocompatibility and low cost, showing great development prospect and application value in the field of flexible sensors.The composition, main performance indexes and performance modulation of PDMS-based flexible resistive sensing materials and its applications in the fields of wearable devices, biomedicine and intelligent machines were reviewed, and also prospected the development prospect of the materials.
