摘要
针对地面无人作战系统型号新、区别于传统有人装备的特点,分析了基于感知、决策、行动作战环的地面无人作战系统作战效能释放机理,设计了包括整体和分领域2个层次的作战效能指标体系,提出了以综合试验为主、分要素试验为补充的作战效能试验方案设计思路,构建了末端效能指标计算、作战效能聚合计算和评估结果分析等主要评估分析模型,为有效开展地面无人作战系统作战效能评估提供了科学方法。
According to the characteristics of new type and different from the traditional manned equipment, this paper analyzed the combat effectiveness release mechanism of the ground unmanned combat system based on perception, decision-making and action combat ring, designed the combat effectiveness index system including two levels of the whole and sub fields, and put forward the comprehensive test based the design idea of combat effectiveness test scheme supplemented by factor test. The main evaluation and analysis models, such as terminal effectiveness index calculation, operational effectiveness aggregation calculation and evaluation result analysis, were constructed, which provides scientific methods for carrying out operational effectiveness evaluation of ground unmanned combat system.
