区域设备最优化控制的精准配网多级画像应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 配电环节作为电力系统到用户的最后一环,与用户的关系最为紧密,对系统整体性能效率和用户供电质量的影响也最为直接,其运行控制的水平与供用电的质量和可靠性密切相关。如何在配电网多元化负荷发展的情况下保障配网安全,提高系统关键负荷的供电可靠性,是目前电力领域研究的热点。充分利用营销用系统配变负荷数据、用户行业分类,主配一体化系统网络拓扑及配网相关运行信息,拓展调控云大馈线精准负荷画像。提出考虑重过载、低电压、线损问题的多种运行方式下的最优选择,将线路重载率、低电压率、平均线损率分配不同的分值,作为一个综合指标,考量不同运行方式的合理性,并给出案例分析。证明以文中研究结果为基础的最大优化配网区域设备控制策略可以有效改善重过载、低电压、线损、最优方式选择等问题。 As the last link from the power system to the user,the distribution link has the closest relationship with the users,and has the most direct impact on the overall performance and efficiency of the system and the power supply quality of the users.Its operation and control level is closely related to the quality and reliability of the power supply and consumption.How to ensure the safety of distribution network and improve the reliability of power supply of key loads under the condition of diversified load development of distribution network is a hot topic in the field of power research.This paper makes full use of distribution transformer load data of marketing system,user industry classification,network topology of main distribution integration system and operation information of distribution network to expand the accurate load profile of large feeder line.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimal choice of multiple operation modes considering heavy overload,low voltage and line loss,and takes the different scores of line heavy load rate,low voltage rate and average line loss rate as a comprehensive index to consider the rationality of different operation modes,and gives the case analysis.Based on the research results in this paper,the control strategy of the maximum optimized equipment in the distribution network area can effectively improve the problems of heavy overload,low voltage,line loss,optimal mode selection,etc.
