Focus on Key Areas and Make Efforts in Protecting and Improving the Ecology of the Yellow River

2021年11月,《中共中央国务院关于深入打好污染防治攻坚战的意见》印发实施,明确提出要着力打好黄河生态保护治理攻坚战。文章从坚持"三水"统筹、抓住关键症结、明确攻坚重点、实施保护修复、建立健全政策等方面分析了打好黄河生态保护治理攻坚战的举措,以期为打好黄河生态保护治理攻坚战提供参考。

Recently, the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Making Indepth Efforts in the Battle against Pollution(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions) were printed and issued for implementation, clearly proposing to focus on ensuring ecological protection and treatment of the Yellow River. This paper analyzed the measures for ecological protection and treatment of the Yellow River from the aspects of adhering to the overall planning of water environment, water ecology and water resources, grasping key points, clarifying difficulties, implementing protection and remediation, and establishing and perfecting policies, with the aim of providing reference for the ecological protection and treatment of the Yellow River.
