摘要
文章采用数值仿真结合实验的研究方式,对自调节的管束除雾器装置进行数值计算和现场实验,分析了当总烟气量变化时,自调节装置对管束除雾器所起的作用。结果表明:当总烟气量降低时,自调节装置可以自发关闭一部分管束,让其余管束除雾器在设计风速下正常工作。
In this paper, by means of numerical simulation and experiment, numerical calculation and field experiment were carried out for the self-regulating device on tube bundle demister, so as to analyze the effect of self-regulating device on tube bundle demister when the total amount of smoke changes. According to the results, the self-regulating device can automatically close a part of the tube bundle when the total amount of smoke decreases, and thus enables the remaining tube bundle demister work normally under the designed wind speed.
