山西省女子运动员跳马冢原屈体后空翻的运动学分析

Kinematical Analysis of Female Athletes'Tsukahara Piked in Shanxi Province

目的:采用APAS三维运动解析系统对山西省青少年体操冠军赛女子跳马决赛中甲组5名健将级运动员完成的冢原屈体后空翻动作的踏跳、第1腾空、推手和第2腾空等关键技术阶段的技术进行运动学分析,揭示女子跳马冢原屈体后空翻的运动学规律和技术特点,并针对存在的问题提出合理性建议。方法:采用两台JVC GC-P100摄像机对比赛中运动员完成的动作技术进行三维定点拍摄,利用美国APAS三维录像解析系统对录像进行解析。结果:5名运动员完成的冢原屈体后空翻动作均存在一定问题。结论:(1)在踏板阶段,5名运动员除秦月娟外上板速度较慢,刘思佳、吴俊杰和喻雪踏板时间较长;刘思佳和秦月娟应尽量将向前上方摆臂伸展的动作控制在蹬离板过程中完成;喻雪应注意不要过早的进行绕垂直轴转体90°的侧手翻动作,注意踏板时不要分腿。(2)在第1腾空阶段,5名运动员除出现一定分腿现象外动作完成较好。(3)在推手阶段,蒋雅琴推离马时右肩角较小,重心偏向左手,右手没有很好的参与推撑发力;秦月娟推离马时身体重心较低,身体没有处于倒立状态;5名运动员推撑力量不足,推手时间较长,垂直速度大幅下降,其中吴俊杰和喻雪下降最为严重,或影响完成第2腾空动作所需的时空条件。(4)在第2腾空和落地阶段。秦月娟的屈髋不够充分,5名运动员均无明显展体动作,落地稳定性欠佳。

Objective:Using APAS three-dimensional motion analysis system to analyze the key techniques of the Tsukahara piked such as step jump,first flight,push hand and second flight,which were completed by five athletes in group A of women's Vault final of Shanxi junior Gymnastics Championship.The kinematics law and technical characteristics of the original volley of female vault are revealed,and the existing problems are pointed out Put forward reasonable suggestions.Methods:Two JVC GC-p100 cameras were used to take three-dimensional fixed-point video of the athletes'movements in the competition,and APAS three-dimensional motion analysis system was used to analyze the video.Results:There were some problems in all the five athletes in Tsukahara piked.Conclusion:(1)in the pedal stage,except for Qin Yuejuan,the speed of five athletes on the board is slow,Liu Sijia,Wu Junjie and Yu Xue stay at the pedal for a long time;Liu Sijia and Qin Yuejuan should try their best to control the movement of arm swing forward and upward in the process of pedaling off the board;Yu Xue should pay attention not to roll 90°around the vertical axis too early,and not to split the legs when pedaling.(2)In the first flight stage,the five athletes completed their movements well except for some split legs.(3)In the hand-pushing stage,when Jiang Yaqin pushed away from the horse,the right shoulder Angle was small,the center of gravity was shifted to the left hand,and the right hand did not participate in the pushing and supporting force well;When Qin Yuejuan pushed away from the horse,her center of gravity was low and her body was not in a handstand state.Five athletes push strength is insufficient,driving force for a long time,the vertical speed dropped sharply,Wu Junjie and YuXue decline is most serious,or affect the conditions of space and time needed to complete the post-flight action.(4)In the second flight and landing phase.Qin Yuejuan's hip bending was not enough,and none of the five athletes had obvious body movement,and the landing stability was not good.
