民族传统体育项目分层评价体系建构及实证分析——以湖北省47个运动项目为例

Construction and Empirical Analysis of Hierarchical Evaluation System of National Traditional Sports--Taking 47 Sports Events in Hubei Province as an Example

依据“文化三结构”理论,采用德尔菲、层次分析等方法,建构了民族传统体育项目分层评价体系,包括3个一级评价指标,8个二级评价指标,25个三级指标。以湖北省47个运动项目为例,利用评价体系对运动项目自身的发展能力进行评价。结果表明,湖北省民族传统体育项目存在着明显的分层特征。其中,11个优势发展项目趋向于以竞赛类为主导,竞赛规则与技术动作较为完善,竞技性、观赏性较强,同时具备一定的市场基础;13个潜优势发展项目趋向于以表演类为主导,开展条件要求不高,有一定的群众基础,但项目组织规则、内部技术结构等仍需进一步规范;23个待开发项目趋向于以舞蹈类为主导,活动规则与组织要求相对简单,但受众人群相对较少,技术动作的规范性较差,原始性与落后性较为明显。

According to the theory of“three structures of culture”and Delphi and analytic hierarchy process,the hierarchical evaluation system of national traditional sports is constructed,which includes 3 first level evaluation indexes,8 second level evaluation indexes and 25 third level indexes.Taking 47 sports events in Hubei Province as an example,this paper uses the evaluation system to evaluate the development ability of sports events.The results show that there are obvious stratification characteristics in traditional sports of Hubei Province.Among them,11 advantageous development projects tend to be dominated by competition,with perfect competition rules and technical movements,strong competitiveness and appreciation,and certain market foundation;13 potential advantage development projects tend to be dominated by performance,with low requirements for development conditions and certain mass base,but the project organization rules and internal technical structure still need to be further regulated The 23 projects to be developed tend to be dominated by dance,the activity rules and organization requirements are relatively simple,but the audience is relatively small,the technical action is not standardized,and the originality and backwardness are obvious.
