摘要
吸附法被广泛认为是一种高效去除水中抗生素的技术.但是,传统的吸附材料存在吸附容量低、回收困难等问题.选择MOF-808材料作为吸附主体,聚丙烯腈(PAN)作为载体,采用相转化法制备了MOF-808@PAN吸附剂.四环素溶液的静态吸附实验结果表明,当MOF-808和PAN质量比优化为2.5∶1时,吸附剂对四环素的吸附效率超过90%,并具有112.2 mg/g的最大吸附容量.该吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型、准二级动力学模型以及颗粒内扩散模型.此外,该吸附剂在宽泛的pH范围以及高浓度的四环素溶液中均表现良好.首次将MOF-808材料用于水中抗生素的吸附去除,可为其他粉末吸附材料的工程化应用提供参考.
The adsorption method has been widely considered as an efficient technology for removing antibiotics from water.However,the traditional adsorbents have insufficient adsorption capacity and difficult recovery.The MOF-808@PAN adsorbent is prepared using phase inversion method with MOF-808 and polyacrylonitrile(PAN)as adsorption sites and support,respectively.For the static adsorption experiment of tetracycline solution,the MOF-808@PAN adsorbent with optimized mass ratio(m(MOF-808)/m(PAN)=2.5∶1)shows maximum adsorption capacity of 112.2 mg/g and over 90%of adsorption efficiency.This adsorption process fits well with Langmuir adsorption isotherm model,pseudo-second order kinetic model and intra-particle diffusion model.Furthermore,this adsorbent exhibits good performance in wide pH range and high concentration of tetracycline solution.MOF-808 is utilized to adsorb antibiotics from water for the first time,which can provide reference for the engineering application of other powder adsorbents.
