数字经济背景下嘉兴泛半导体产业发展研究——以海宁市为例

A Research on the Development of Pan-Semiconductor Industry in Jiaxing under the Background of Digital Economy ——A Case Study of Haining

泛半导体产业作为数字经济的基础产业,在国家战略驱动、行业自身扩张和地方政府推动下,其发展前景不可估量。嘉兴海宁把泛半导体产业作为驱动本地区经济发展的战略性产业,进行了顶层设计,并加以重点培育与扶持,取得了良好成效。但同质化竞争、社会资金投入少等外在因素与企业单体规模小、专业人才缺乏及投资见效慢等内在因素制约着海宁泛半导体产业的发展。地方政府应当把握发展大势,通过精准产业规划、创建行业品牌、创新投资模式和拓宽育才渠道等方式,引领泛半导体产业做大做强做优。

As a basic industry of digital economy, pan-semiconductor industry, with the promotion of national strategy, the industry?s own expansion and local government?s advancement, has boundless prospects of development. Haining in Jiaxing has taken pan-semiconductor industry as a strategic industry to drive the economic development of the region and carried out top level design and provided it with full fostering and support, which has achieved good results. However, the development of Haining pan-semiconductor industry is restricted by external factors such as homogeneous product competition and lack of social funds and internal factors such as enterprises? small scale, lack of professionals and low efficiency of investment to achieve output. The local government should grasp the general trend of development, and lead the industry to expand and become stronger and better by making accurate industrial planning, establishing industry brands, innovating investment models and broadening channels for talent cultivation.
