摘要
采用传统的DEA模型与Malmquist指数法,对我国2015-2019年31个省(市、自治区)公路货运行业的投入产出效率进行实证分析。研究发现,从整体来看,规模效率是提高公路货运业高质量发展的关键因素;在省际层面,不同区域公路货运发展较不平衡,东部地区综合效率与增速均较高,中部地区综合效率高但增速慢,西部地区综合效率与增速均较低。提出了合理扩建市场规模、实施差异化政策与加强区域协作等建议。
By using the traditional DEA model and Malmquist index method, an empirically analysis of the input-output efficiency of road freight industry in 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 2015 to 2019 is carried out. It is found that on the whole, scale efficiency is the key factor to improve the high-quality development of road freight. At the provincial level, the development of road freight in different regions of China is unbalanced: the eastern region has high comprehensive efficiency and growth rate, the central region has high comprehensive efficiency but low growth rate, and the western region has low comprehensive efficiency and growth rate. Lastly, some suggestions are put forward such as expanding the market scale reasonably, implementing differentiated policies and strengthening regional cooperation.
