摘要
分析高校辅导员情绪劳动内涵及表征后发现,目前高校辅导员情绪劳动存在认识不深、能力不够、动力不足等问题;辅导员自身观念和能力、学生特点、专业发展状态是影响情绪劳动表现的主要因素。从培养辅导员的情绪劳动意识和能力、构建专业发展支持体系、优化情绪资源补充机制等方面提出了辅导员情绪劳动的优化策略。
After analyzing the connotation and representation of the emotional labor of college student life advisors, the article finds that the current college student life advisors’ emotional labor has problems such as insufficient understanding, inadequate capability and lack of motivation. Advisors’ own ideas and abilities, students’ characteristics and state of professional development are the main factors that affect emotional labor performance. Optimization strategies for college student life advisors’ emotional labor are proposed in this article on the aspects of cultivating advisors’ emotional labor awareness and ability, constructing support system of professional development and optimizing supplementary mechanism of emotional resources.
