基于安全与效率的地铁电话闭塞法优化研究

Study on Optimization of Telephone Block Method Based on Safety and Efficiency in Metro

针对地铁电话闭塞法作业安全与效率之间的矛盾,通过对各地铁企业电话闭塞作业人员分工、作业程序、作业用语及行车日志等进行分析与比较研究,提出电话闭塞法各项作业的优化改进措施,并通过模拟系统进行了仿真验证。结果表明,优化后的作业程序不仅能更好地保证地铁接发列车作业安全,而且能明显提升作业效率,可为地铁企业改进电话闭塞法作业提供借鉴。

In view of the contradiction between operation safety and efficiency of metro telephone blocking method,the paper analyzed and compared the division of labor, operation procedures, operational language and train operation record of telephone blocking in metro. The optimization and improvement measures of various operations of telephone blocking method are put forward, and the simulation is verified by the simulation system. Practice has proved that the optimized operation procedure can not only better ensure the operation safety of metro receiving and departure trains, but also significantly improve the operation efficiency. The research results can provide reference for subway enterprises to improve telephone blocking operation.
