摘要
传统化工含油污水处理方法单一,且污水处理效果不够理想,因此分析生物膜法在化工含油污水处理中的应用具有实际意义。首先测定化工含油污水中污染物的吸附量,对化工含油污水做一次处理;其次基于生物膜法,降解化工污水中的污染物,对污水做二次处理;接着调节C/N池的反硝化能力,进一步处理含油污水中的污染物;最后中和化工含油污水的pH,验证生物膜法的处理油污能力。试验采用高氧化法与生物膜法的对比验证方式,比较两种方法的污水处理能力。结果证明,生物膜法处理污水的效果更好。
The traditional chemical oily wastewater treatment method is single, and the wastewater treatment effect is not ideal, so the application of biofilm method in the chemical oily wastewater treatment is analyzed. Measure the adsorption amount of pollutants in chemical oily wastewater, and perform primary treatment on chemical oily wastewater;based on the biofilm method, degrade the pollutants in chemical wastewater and perform secondary treatment on the wastewater;adjust the denitrification capacity of the C/N tank, Further treat the pollutants in the oily wastewater;neutralize the pH value of the oily wastewater from the chemical industry, and verify the oily wastewater treatment ability of the biofilm method. The experiment adopts the comparative verification method of high oxidation method and biofilm method, compares the sewage treatment capacity of the two methods, and believes that the sewage treatment effect of the biofilm method is better.
