为助推企业、科研院所、高校创新战略升级,完善科技成果转化体系,提升科技计划项目立项评审效率,本研究根据在项目立项评审工作中加入知识产权评价体系的先进经验及问题,尝试将知识产权评议维度嵌入立项评估的具体流程中,以期为广东省科技立项评审工作提供借鉴。

In order to promote the innovation strategy upgrade of enterprises,scientific research institutes,universities,improve the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements, and improve the efficiency of scientific and technological plan project evaluation, this research is based on the advanced experience and problems of adding the intellectual property evaluation system to the project evaluation work. Try to embed the intellectual property review dimension into the specific process of project evaluation, in order to provide inspiration and reference for Guangdong Province′s scientific and technological project review work.
