摘要
应用气相分子吸收光谱法测定废水中氨氮和硫化物含量,结果表明所提方法的标准曲线、检出限、精密度及准确度均符合监测规范要求,分析结果可靠。在实样测试中,所提方法具有较强的适用性,且样品测试中不受水样颜色和浑浊物的影响,监测速度非常快,精密度较高,加标回收率可以达到93.8%~99.9%。
In this paper,gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry was used to determine ammonia nitrogen and sulfide in wastewater.The results show that the standard curve,detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method are conform to the requirements of the monitoring specification,and the analysis results are reliable.In the real sample test,the method has strong applicability,and it is not affected by the color and turbidity of water samples in the sample test.The whole monitoring speed is very fast,the precision is high,and the recovery rate of standard addition can reach 93.8%~99.9%.
