煤化工调节阀改进设计

摘要 为了提高调节阀使用性能,本研究对煤化工调节阀进行改进设计。构建调节阀的三维模型,借助流体力学原理,从连续性方程、动量方程、能量方程3个方面阐述煤化工调节阀的运行原理。同时,根据煤化工生产需求,将球阀阀芯设计成两体分离式结构,优化调节阀加工工艺,进行阀门特性测试。试验证明,改进的调节阀使用效果良好,堵塞、磨损等问题都得到了较好的解决,构件使用周期也有了良好的保证。 In order to improve the performance of the regulating valve,this study improves the design of the coal chemical control valve.In the meantime,a three-dimensional model of the control valve is constructed,and the operating principle of the coal chemical industry control valve is explained from the three aspects of continuity equation,momentum equation and energy equation with the help of the principle of fluid mechanics.At the same time,according to coal chemical production requirements,the ball valve core is designed into a two-part separable structure,the processing technology of the regulating valve is optimized,and the valve characteristic test is carried out.Tests have proved that the improved regulating valve has a good use effect,problems such as blockage and wear have been better solved,and the service life of the components is also well guaranteed.
