摘要
本研究采用大体积、直接进样的离子色谱法测定对水中5种消毒副产物(DBPs),优化了KOH梯度淋洗的条件,实现了5种DBPs的完全分离及检测。此外,对影响检测结果的各离子间相互作用、水样前处理及水样保存剂进行了分析。结果表明,5种离子线性关系较好,相关系数均大于0.9990,检出限为0.001~0.003 mg/L,精密度为0.33%~3.57%,准确度试验的相对误差为0.00%~3.00%,结果令人满意。
In this study,large-volume,direct-injection ion chromatography is used to analyze the detection methods of five disinfection by-products(DBPs)in water,the conditions of KOH gradient elution are optimized,and the complete separation and detection of five types of DBPs are realized.During the analysis,the interac⁃tions between the ions,the pretreatment of water samples and the water sample preservatives that affect the test results are analyzed.The five ions have a good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.999,the detection limit is 0.001~0.003 mg/L,the precision is 0.33%~3.57%,the relative error of the accuracy test is 0.00%~3.00%,and the result is satisfactory.
