城市创新能力、金融集聚与经济高质量发展--基于长三角城市群面板数据的实证分析

Urban Innovation Capacity,Financial Agglomeration and High Quality Economic Development--Empirical Analysis Based on Panel Data of Yangtze River Delta City Cluster

文章基于长三角城市群41个地级以上城市2007~2016年面板数据,采用非径向非角度SBM模型综合测度长三角各城市绿色全要素生产率,利用ArcGIS软件分析长三角地区绿色全要素生产率的时空分异特征,实证检验城市创新能力对绿色全要素生产率的影响效应及作用机制。结果表明:长三角地区绿色全要素生产率具有明显的时空分异特征,时间上整体呈现波动上升的趋势,空间上存在“浙江、江苏地区高,安徽地区低”的空间分布特征;回归结果显示,城市创新能力能够显著促进地区经济高质量发展。进一步的机制检验发现,城市创新能力将通过金融产业集聚显著促进经济高质量发展。

Based on the panel data of 41 cities above prefecture level in the Yangtze River Delta city cluster from 2007 to 2016,this paper adopts a non-radial and non-angle SBM model to comprehensively measure the green total factor productivity of each city in the Yangtze River Delta,and uses ArcGIS software to analyze the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of green total factor productivity in the region,empirically testing the impact effect and mechanism of urban innovation capability on green total factor productivity.The results show that the green total factor productivity in the Yangtze River Delta region has obvious temporal and spatial differentiation,with an overall fluctuating upward trend in time and a spatial distribution characteristic of“high in Zhejiang and Jiangsu province and low in Anhui province”.The regression results show that urban innovation capacity has a significant role in promoting high-quality regional economic growth.Further mechanism test shows that urban innovation ability will significantly promote high-quality economic development through financial industry agglomeration.
