地方政府机构身份的话语建构策略分析--以云南地方政府为例

Analysis of Discourse Construction Strategy of Local Government Institutional Identity--Taking Yunnan Local Governments as an Example

机构身份的建构是一个话语策略的实施过程,也是一个微观语言手段的运用过程,它决定了机构文本是否能够达到预定的交际效果。文章以云南地方政府在新冠疫情初期发布的公开信为语料,采用话语-历史分析法的三维分析框架,探究了指称策略、述谓策略、视角化策略、辩论策略在地方政府身份建构过程中的运用,为机构身份及机构话语质量提升等相关领域研究提供了参考。

The construction of institutional identity is not only the implementation process of discourse strategy,but also the application process of micro language means,which determines whether the institutional text can achieve the expected communication effect.Taking the open letter issued by Yunnan local government in the early days of COVID-19 as corpus,using the three-dimension analysis framework of discourse-historical approach,this paper explores the application of reference strategy,predication strategy,perspectivation strategy and argumentation strategy in the process of identity building of local governments,and provides a reference for future relevant study,such as institutional identities,and the improvement of discourse qualities.
